A complete guide to installing, using, and removing the Legacy Makers Zoom integration.
Legacy Makers helps funeral homes and design professionals create personalized funeral programs. Our sales and onboarding team meets with prospective funeral homes over Zoom. When this integration is enabled, the AI Companion summary of a completed demonstration meeting is automatically attached to the matching funeral home record inside the Legacy Makers management portal — so the team has an accurate written record of what was discussed without taking manual notes.
The integration is read-only. It never starts, joins, changes, or ends meetings, and it never records or stores meeting audio or video.
Go to legacymakersai.com and sign in with your manager or administrator account.
Visit the Zoom Integration settings page and select Connect Zoom.
Zoom will display the permissions being requested — read access to your meeting details and your meeting summaries. Review them and select Allow.
You will be returned to Legacy Makers and see a confirmation that Zoom has been connected. Setup is complete — no further configuration is required.
Summaries typically arrive within a few minutes of the meeting ending. If AI Companion was not enabled for a meeting, no summary is produced and nothing is sent.
Sign in at marketplace.zoom.us and open Manage → Added Apps, or search for the Legacy Makers app.
Select the Legacy Makers app, then select Remove and confirm. Access is revoked immediately and no further meeting summaries will be sent.
Summaries already saved to your funeral home records remain in Legacy Makers as part of your business history. To have them deleted, email support@legacymakersai.com and we will remove them.
