Configure and manage how Zoom meeting summaries are delivered into your Legacy Makers sales portal.
Authorizing Zoom lets Legacy Makers read the AI Companion summary of your completed demonstration meetings and attach it to the matching funeral home record. Access is read-only — we never start, join, change, or record meetings.
No audio, video, chat transcripts, participant lists, or recordings are requested or stored.
Open the sales portal, select the funeral home, and view its activity timeline. Each delivered summary appears as a dated meeting-summary entry. If a summary cannot be matched to a scheduled appointment, it is attached to the closest meeting for that host.
You can revoke access at any time from your Zoom account. Open Zoom Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps, select Legacy Makers, then choose Remove. Access ends immediately and no further summaries are sent. To also delete summaries already stored in Legacy Makers, email support@legacymakersai.com.
